The transaction marks the completion of the previously announced carve-out and establishes CoreOrchestration AB as an independent standalone company under Incore Invest’s ownership. CoreOrchestration, founded in 2014, provides PaymentIQ, a SaaS-based payment orchestration platform enabling merchants, through a single integration, to connect to more than 260 payment service providers and centrally manage, optimise and scale payment flows across multiple markets.
CoreOrchestration AB has obtained a confirmation that it will continue to have a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification as a standalone company. PCI DSS is a global security standard designed to protect cardholder data, needed in order to operate CoreOrchestration AB’s payment orchestration platform PaymentIQ.
